Iliolemalae Muāausa Posē A. Toma hails from the villages of Satapuala, Vaimoso, Fasitoo-uta, Moataa, Vaivase-tai, Solosolo in Upolu and Sapapalii, Salelavalu, Satoalepai, in Savaii.
He joined the Attorney General’s Office (Samoa) after completing his legal studies in 2014 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Samoa in September of that year.
He moved to private practice under the law firm of Tuala Law in 2015 as an Associate. Pose stayed on as an Associate when Tuala Law and Ainuu Law Firm merged to become the Apia Lawyers in 2017.
As a founding partner of the firm, Pose is based in Apia and practises in various areas of the law relating to criminal matters, family law, debt recovery, will and estates matters and land conveyancing.
