We initiate proceedings in either the District or Supreme Courts of Samoa, either for the plaintiff or the defendant, and depending on the steps taken or responses given by the other party, can see the process through to a full contested hearing. We have also appeared and are able to appear in Samoa’s highest court, the Court of Appeal.

After national general elections for government, which happens every 5 years, we can also appear in the Supreme Court of Samoa for election petitions, representing either petitioners or respondents.
