Criminal Law Lawyer

Offered only at our Apia office, we act as Defence Counsel for those charged by the police with varying offences ranging from minor traffic offences who appear in Samoa’s District Court to more serious offences involving narcotics and offences against the person (including manslaughter and murder) in Samoa’s Supreme Court.

All our lawyers have appeared in judge-alone and assessor (aka jury) trials. Our job is to represent our client/s who are presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and we strive to do this to the best of our ability.
